For over 20 years, Eric walked the fairways of some of the country’s most prestigious golf courses, serving as a trusted PGA caddie to elite athletes, business executives, and professional golfers. His job demanded attention to detail, strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they even appeared. These are the same traits that now define his success in real estate.

From his very first transaction, Eric brought those skills to the table—and they’ve set him apart. With an unwavering focus on client needs and a no-nonsense commitment to service, he’s earned a reputation for creating seamless, stress-free experiences in even the most complex real estate deals.

Married to his best friend Amber for 19 years, Eric is also a proud dad of four incredible kids. Their oldest son Trevor serves overseas in the U.S. Air Force. At home, Titus (17) plays baseball, Gracie (15) plays volleyball, and Preston (14) plays soccer. The kids have grown up tagging along to open houses since Preston was 5  and now they love chatting about real estate any time they hear someone say, “We’re moving.”

Their family life is active and community-centered—filled with bonfires, hiking, sports, and time outdoors. You’ll often find them at local events or on the sidelines cheering each other on. And no family intro would be complete without Rose, their Goldendoodle, who greets everyone like an old friend.

Originally from Detroit, Eric grew up in the Midwest and has lived in places like Scottsdale, Vero Beach, Bandon, Milwaukee, and Colorado Springs before finding his forever home in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee. He’s deeply involved in the local golf scene, his children’s activities, and community events.
